The pastor of my home parish in Oklahoma City, Sacred Heart, has been named the new bishop of Little Rock, Arkansas. Here's the story from the Sooner Catholic. I've been acquainted with Fr. Taylor since he was Associate Pastor at Sacred Heart from 1980 to 1982. He is a wonderful, pastoral and courageous priest and a scholar to boot.
