St. Thomas on St. Paul

I received an e-mail from Dr. Peter Kwasniewski informing me that the Aquinas Institute at Wyoming Catholic College will soon publish the first volume of their planned Latin/English omnia opera of St. Thomas Aquinas.  They are beginning with the Angelic Doctor's commentaries on St. Paul. The first volume will be Romans. Here is a sample of the first three pages. You'll notice that the commentaries include the Greek text.

You can pre-order before July 16 at a reduced price.  You can either order individual volumes or combinations of various texts, or the whole series.

Classical literature and business

If you associate our business climate with Ayn Rand the end of western civilization, you may want to check out the blog called "Great Minds Do Business," by Peter Giersch. He hasn't been keeping it up, but it has great posts about Dickens, Mozart, Aristotle, Shakespeare, and Adam Smith. You can read the whole blog in minutes.
