Musings and reflections on all things great and small in light of the great Catholic literature (theology, philosophy, spirituality, poetry and fiction, etc.) of all time.
That applies to any written electronic media. chat, email etc. It's so easy to type out whatever pops into your head, and you don't even use any paper, or anything else you might not want to waste. Writing on paper however compels us to think things through more. And talking could be just as harmful (and actually often is) but it's harder to inadvertently offend someone if you're with them, seeing as you can see them and hear their tone. If they mean to offend you, they'll make it obvious.
This is why I find myself backing off more and more and only engaging in facebook every few days.
