NPR

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is how much more interesting NPR is than any other radio, esp. conservative talk radio—which is dull, dull, dull.

I think part of it is the relative little commercialiation there is (Note: I don’t say none.). Also, they really do seem to be interested in everything for its own sake, not just for their political agenda (which they don’t hide, of course). I mean, All Things Considered is really interesting. They really have the human interest story down. People are really people, not just labels. At least that is the impression I get.

I still don’t always like their politics, esp. on life issues and sexuality.
